J'aime thé café is an online store but also a Coffee-Shop specialized in the sale of Coffee (roasted on site), tea, machines and other accessories. After each roast, the coffees are then packed in bags with a small degassing valve for better preservation. Jaime the café wants as much transparency as possible about the production and origin of their products. They list all of this on their self printed labels. (The origin, the producer, the variety, the height, the process, the aromatic notes and the date of roasting) They do this with their LX500e label printer.
Housed in a former restaurant and bar, in typical Chamonix style, Shoukâ offers "bean to bar" chocolate and "bean to cup" coffee. This is literally from cocoa bean to chocolate bar and coffee bean to delicious coffee. At Shoukâ, they believe it is important to control the entire production chain. This of course concerns the right raw materials in the first place, but they also want full control over the packaging and the finished product. Therefore they needed a printer for their own labels. Some complex labels are still delivered by the printer, but need to be provided with variable data and logos. Thanks to the dry toner technology of the OKI PRO1040, this printing is done without any problems. Other labels are of course fully printed with this label printer.
