Most of your technical problems can be solved free of charge through the support at our manufacturers who usually offer solutions, training, advice and tips to manage and solve your problem. Of course, you can always contact our technical department, which is experienced in the practice and management of the brands listed below. Training and refresher courses make our staff a last resort if the breakdown persists. In addition to the contractual assistance hours that complement this support from our manufacturers, a system for awarding additional free WUC hours will be introduced very soon through the frequenting and improvement by our customers of our website, which we intend to make increasingly user-friendly and interactive. As a reminder, most of our printers and related machines are introduced to you before your purchase via a detailed online demonstration that shows you all the elements of using and maintaining your equipment. Your dedicated representative will accompany you on a “tour” of your equipment (general presentation, printing your own samples, details of machine maintenance) and will be happy to answer any questions that may arise during this technical conversation.
