Labelfinishing with knives on sheets

There are many label finishing solutions for sheets of different shapes. So cutting sheets can be done very easily with one of these options. Automatic sheet feeding and cutting systems are designed to load and cut sheets automatically, without operator intervention.

This type of equipment can be used for die-cutting self-adhesive sheets, screen printing, retail merchandise printing and digital printing on cardboard.

Thanks to a newly designed “ramp”-type loading bin and wheel system, sheets can be loaded into the plotter automatically and without interruption, cut and then easily deposited in the collection bin. The plotter is equipped with integrated sensors that allow a split-second reading of the markings after loading each sheet.
This operation is performed simultaneously with the cutting management software, resulting in a cutting precision of 0.3 mm. Cutting parameters can be adjusted with this software, providing simple, intelligent operation.
