The Astro LF1 is a versatile finishing machine specifically designed to work seamlessly with the AstroJet L1 digital printer. Thanks to its combination of semi-rotary and fully rotary technology, you can efficiently handle both short and long production runs with high precision. This compact machine offers a complete solution for producing professionally finished labels – from printing and laminating to die-cutting and slitting.

Quality and Precision

With a print resolution of 1600 × 1600 DPI and a servo-driven die-cutting unit, the LF1 consistently delivers crisp, sharp results. The precise registration and the ability to adjust the die-cut position laterally ensure perfect finishing, even for complex designs.

Flexible and Efficient

The LF1 can operate in both semi-rotary and fully rotary modes, giving you the flexibility to produce blank labels or finish them inline. Inline, the machine can reach speeds of up to 18 meters per minute, while in offline semi-rotary mode speeds of up to 24 meters per minute are possible. The maximum working width is 230 mm inline and 250 mm offline.

The Astro LF1 combines powerful performance with a well-thought-out and ergonomic design. Its intuitive operation allows any operator to start working quickly. Installation is simple: the machine fits through a standard 90 cm door and operates on 220V without compressed air, making it deployable almost anywhere.
