The DPR Aries Series is a range of modular semi-rotary die-cutting machines designed for label roll finishing. These machines operate at a cutting speed of up to 30 m/min on web widths of up to 350 mm. The Aries series combines performance, productivity, and precision while remaining energy-efficient.
The Aries series consists of two models, designed for medium to industrial production volumes.
Aries finishing machines combine multiple processes in a single system:
- Contour die-cutting with flexible steel dies (kiss-cut).
- Lamination, waste removal, and rewinding.
The 2 available models in the DPR Aries series:
🔹 DPR Aries 250 mm
- Die-cutting speed: up to 30 m/min.
- Web width: from 100 to 250 mm.
This model does not support the addition of the Gap reset/adjustable anvil system (available on the 350 mm version).
🔹 DPR Aries 350 mm
- Cutting speed: up to 30 m/min
- Web width: from 100 to 350 mm

- Varnishing modules
- Adjustable Gap reset/anvil system (350 mm model)
System that allows the same die plate to be used for different liner thicknesses. Normally, you would need a different die plate for each different liner.
Thanks to the Gap reset, you have:- Precise height adjustment of the roll
- Less frequent die blade changes
- Time savings and lower operating costs

The integrated 10-inch touchscreen provides full connectivity and remote control capabilities, while ensuring intuitive operation.
The included die-cutting management software allows operators to easily adjust working speed and parameters to achieve perfect cutting results, optimize production time, and reduce material waste.
