The Valloy Rollio Xpress is a powerful and versatile printer for professional production of durable, razor-sharp labels on roll. Thanks to LED dry-toner technology, the Rollio delivers consistent color, high resolution and excellent resistance to water, sunlight and chemicals.

Designed for medium to large print runs, it offers maximum flexibility in materials, formats and applications – without compromising on quality or speed.

Quality and speed in one motion

The Rollio prints in a single pass (single-pass) with a resolution of up to 1200 × 2400 dpi. As a result, even the smallest texts, barcodes and graphic details are reproduced perfectly.

With a print speed of up to 7.26 meters per minute, production keeps running smoothly even at high volumes. The LED technology operates with a low fusing temperature, making it possible to print on a wide range of substrates without distortion or damage.

Versatile – from paper to plastic

The Rollio Xpress supports a wide range of materials and thicknesses, making it suitable for a variety of labeling applications:

• Paper, synthetic paper, PET, PP, PE, PVC, Tyvek, aluminum foil and more
• Thickness from 50 to 300 microns
• Maximum roll width up to 330 mm (13″)
• Roll diameter up to 450 mm (12″)
