Automatic Sheet Feeding and Cutting System for Digital Prints

The DPR Gemini Series is an automatic sheet feeding and cutting solution designed to operate fully autonomously, without the need for an operator. It’s ideal for cutting printed labels, stickers, packaging, and promotional materials with high precision and minimal supervision.

Equipped with a Graphtec CE7000-40 plotter, the Gemini delivers extremely accurate cuts on a wide range of materials, including:

• Self-adhesive sheets
• Screen-printed media
• Retail and marketing materials
• Digital prints on cardboard (200–350 g/m²)

Smart and Autonomous Feeding

Thanks to the newly designed ramp-style loading tray with wheel system, sheets are automatically fed, cut, and neatly stacked in the output tray. This ensures a continuous workflow without interruptions, even for larger production runs.

A built-in sensor reader detects registration marks in a fraction of a second for each sheet. Combined with the included cutting management software, this enables cutting accuracy of up to 0.3 mm, making it perfect for demanding applications.

Flexible Cutting Options

The Gemini offers two cutting positions:

• Standard position for kiss cuts (half cuts), ideal for labels and stickers
• Second position for full cuts, suitable for small packaging, cards, or custom-shaped products

Additionally, the system supports:

• Perforation cuts (small dotted cuts)
• Kiss cuts (surface cuts)
• Die cuts (deep cuts)

Thanks to its versatility, the Gemini is perfect for a wide range of applications such as labels, business cards, shaped cards, small boxes, and more.

Cutting Speed

Cutting speed varies depending on the complexity of the outline:

• For self-adhesive materials, average cutting time is 30–40 seconds per sheet.
• For full or die cuts, the process is slower, making the Gemini best suited for small runs or simple shapes.

This ensures the right balance between precision and production efficiency.

Supported Formats

The Gemini Series supports various formats, including A4, A3, SRA3, Letter, Tabloid, and Tabloid Extra.

Gemini GMN40

Gemini GMN60

• Supports larger sheet sizes up to B2
