The Daco DTD 250R rotary table cutter is a reliable, robust and easy-to-use machine designed for converting plain or blank labels for short to medium runs. This model is available with one or two rotary slitting stations, a rotary slitter and independent tension control for unwinding and rewinding, with a production speed of 150 m/minute. Many DTD250 rotary slitters have been installed by professionals who use them to produce plain runs for the growing thermal transfer label market.

Its compact size and short web path minimise waste, while the fully adjustable silicone-coated drive roller saves time by preventing labels from sticking to the roller. The DTD250 has precise tension control thanks to infinitely variable electronic unwinding braking, with rewinding controlled by a variable pneumatic clutch.

The Daco is equipped with a fast rotary slitter with lateral adjustment during standard running, and the slitting blades can be configured with the web in position, unlike some cartridge systems. A splicing table simplifies and speeds up web splicing. A quick-change pneumatic mandrel for product rewinding ensures that the reels are held firmly in place.
