FX510e Foil Print System
From now on, you can easily add brilliant, glossy accents to your labels. This is done quickly and effortlessly with the new FX510e from DTM Print.
The FX510e is an optional accessory for Primera’s LX label printers. The process is 100% digital, allowing you to print virtually any design on pre-printed or blank labels: lines, images, fonts, backgrounds—almost anything is possible.
Not only are metallic foils available in gold, silver, blue, and red for the FX510e, but also various spot colors and transparent foils can be ordered. The ‘Clear’ foil enables you to produce labels with high resistance to water, chemicals, cleaning products, UV, and more.
Create labels with shiny metallic accents!
It’s a fact, shiny accents on your labels get noticed by everyone. That’s why hot stamp foil has been popular for years.
However, hot stamping has some drawbacks. Setup costs are expensive, and creating a die (plate) takes a lot of time. If the design needs to be adjusted, you cannot do so without incurring additional costs. There is usually also a minimum quantity of 1000 labels you must print to somewhat reduce the costs.
The new FX510e foil laminating system from DTM Print changes all of this. Now you can easily add brilliant, glossy edges, images, fonts, backgrounds, etc., to your pre-printed or blank labels. You can print as many or as few labels at a time as you actually need.

From the initial setup to full operation, the FX510e is easy to use. Everything you need is included in the device’s box. Each FX510e is shipped with:
