From now on, you can easily add brilliant, glossy accents to your labels. This is quick and easy with DTM Print’s new FX510e.

The FX510e is an optional accessory for Primera’s LX label printers. The process is 100% digital, allowing you to print virtually any design on pre-printed or blank labels: lines, graphics, fonts, backgrounds, almost anything is possible.

Not only metal foils in gold, silver, blue and red are available for the FX510e, but various spot colours and transparent foils can also be ordered. The ‘Clear’ foil lets you produce labels with high resistance to water, chemicals, cleaning products, UV and others.

Create labels with shiny metallic accents!

It’s a fact, shiny accents on your labels are noticed by everyone. This is why hot stamping foil has been so popular for many years.

However, hot stamping has some drawbacks. The set-up costs are expensive and making a mould (plate) takes a long time. If the drawing needs to be modified, you cannot do so without incurring additional costs. There is also usually a minimum number of 1,000 labels you need to have printed to keep the cost down somewhat.

DTM Print’s new FX510e film lamination system changes all this. Now you can easily add brilliant, glossy borders, images, fonts, backgrounds, … to your pre-printed or blank labels. You can print as many or as few labels at a time as you actually need.

Glossy highlighting on labels makes your products stand out, so you can sell more. It also adds a touch of elegance and luxury, increasing the value of your products.
