The Imprint Pouch Solution is an innovative way to print directly on blank stand-up pouches (doypacks, pouches, block-bottom bags, etc.). While traditional methods like flexo or gravure printing only become cost-effective from 1,000 units, this solution makes it possible to produce small runs quickly, with high quality and at an affordable cost.

How does it work?

The OKI Pro9542 is at the heart of the Imprint Pouch Solution. This digital press uses dry toner technology, allowing it to print on a wide range of materials without any issues.

• White toner for high-quality prints on dark or transparent pouches
• A single operator can manage multiple printers at the same time for maximum productivity

Which pouches can you use?

The Imprint Pouch Solution can print on a wide variety of pouches. Often, you can use your existing pouches, provided they are tested beforehand.

• √ Size: from 64 × 89 mm to 330 × 1320 mm
• × Not suitable for valve pouches – the valve makes the pouch too thick and can cause damage
