Integrated computer and user-friendly software
The machine features a built-in computer and intuitive software. Parameters such as distance, selection, route, starting point, direction, speed, acceleration and pressure of the cutting heads are automatically optimized for efficient processing. You can store up to a minimum of 10,000 jobs. In addition, the software estimates the time required to complete the jobs and the life of the blades.
2 cutting heads
The machine is equipped with 2 or cutting heads that can work with both the same and different tools at the same time. The machine offers versatile functions such as punching, cutting, slitting, creasing and perforating….
CCD camera and automatic job recognition
The DUOBLADE FX is equipped with a CCD camera that recognizes jobs via assigned codes. As a result, jobs are automatically changed without operator intervention. The CCD also scans the co-printed blackmarks to catch any image shift sheet by sheet.
