Duoblade FX – Digital sheet-fed cutting plotter
The Valloy Duoblade FX is a fully automated digital cutting machine, designed for finishing and cutting printed sheets in small to medium runs. Thanks to its dual cutting heads, smart CCD camera and automatic sheet feeding, you achieve fast, accurate production without manual adjustments.
All you need to do is load a stack of printed sheets. The machine recognizes the job via a QR code, selects the correct tool, and immediately starts cutting.

Integrated computer and user-friendly software
The machine is equipped with an integrated computer and intuitive software. Settings such as spacing, selection, cutting path, start point, direction, speed, acceleration and cutting pressure are automatically optimized for efficient processing. At least 10,000 jobs can be stored. In addition, the software calculates the required processing time as well as the blade lifetime of the Valloy Duoblade FX.
CCD camera and automatic job recognition
The Duoblade FX stands out thanks to its CCD camera, which recognizes jobs via assigned QR codes. This allows jobs to be switched automatically without operator intervention. The CCD camera also scans the printed registration marks to accurately detect and correct any image shifts between sheets.
