Valloy – Duoblade Petit

The Valloy DUOBLADE PETIT is table-top digital label finisher. It’s a narrow version of DUOBLADE SX and it is composed of unwinder, rewinder, cutting station, laminating, matrix removal, slitting. It works with two cutting heads. Even though it is compact size, it boasts pretty fast speed as 8m/min (10cm x 10cm square). The one of features is that it can work as In-line cutting machine VP700 and VP750 (Memjet). If you are looking for short-run digital label finisher with reasonable price and fast cutting speed, DUOBLADE PETIT could be the best solution.

Automatic distance-adjustable dual heads

Dual cutting heads are installed to maximize the production rate. Distance between heads is digitally adjustable for easier operation.

For longer duty cycle, ring slitting blades are installed in Petit. Position of multiple slitting blades can be adjustable all together.
