Duoblade WS
The Valloy Duoblade WS is a digital cutting machine designed specifically for processing labels on rolls using knives. This device is ideal for finishing printed labels in small to medium runs.
This compact but powerful device is designed for companies looking for an advanced and affordable solution to produce labels, without the need for traditional and physical die-cutting blades. This allows you to quickly and precisely cut out any shape.
The machine can easily switch from one cutting job to another without the need for manual intervention. Which means that this digital die-cutting machine can handle multiple cutting jobs that do not require pauses or new settings.
Through a built-in CCD camera, the Duoblade automatically knows where and when to cut. The camera reads a job number or a QR code and thus automatically adjusts the cutting heads to the perfect place. This helps to save significant time, increases efficiency and offers more flexibility in the production process.
This die-cutter has two cutting heads, but for smaller labels we also have a model in our range with four cutting heads. This allows for even faster work and increases productivity remarkably. The machine can cut 9m/min, which translates to 16200 labels/hour, and is extremely accurate down to 0.01mm.
