Astro M1 – Professional color printer for mailings, envelopes, and personalization

The Astro M1 is a powerful, professional inkjet mailing printer specially designed for high volumes of envelopes, mailings, brochure personalization, and more. Thanks to its fixed but easily replaceable Memjet printhead (the same as in the Astrojet S1, M1C, and L1), the Astro M1 delivers razor-sharp full-color output at impressive speeds.

The Astro M1 uses dye inks for vibrant colors and employs five separate cartridges (CMYKK), with black being doubled. Each cartridge has a capacity of 250 ml, so long production runs are no problem.

High speed & professional quality

Despite its compact size, the Astrojet M1 delivers impressive performance. The printer achieves:

• Up to 7,000 envelopes/hour (229 × 114 mm) and 3,600 A4 envelopes/hour
• 18 m/min. in standard mode (1600 × 800 dpi) and 9 m/min. in best quality (1600 × 1600 dpi)

This speed is accompanied by a high print quality, ideal for both simple addresses and fully borderless marketing mailings.

Suitable for a wide range of applications

The Astrojet M1 supports a wide variety of materials and formats. The device processes:

• Media up to 219 mm wide
• Print lengths up to 431 mm
• Paper thickness up to 0.5 mm

This makes it suitable for:

• Personalized envelopes
• Flyers, courses, administration, invoicing, and carbonless paper
• Bags
• Direct mail and marketing materials

An important advantage is that the M1 can print completely borderless, even on envelopes, giving every print a sleek and professional look.

Optional: Double-sided printing (M1DX)

If you regularly produce brochures or double-sided mailings, you can expand the M1 to the Astrojet M1DX.
