With the built-in sheeter of the Valloy Duoblade machines, you can easily switch to roll-to-sheet production.
- Full automation: The cutters are synchronized with the main machine (finisher) via data signals, ensuring accurate cuts without any manual intervention.
- Precision: Cutting accuracy of approximately 0.1 mm at speeds of up to 150 sheets per minute.
For specific sheet-feeding requirements, Valloy also offers the DUOBLADE FX. This is a standalone, automatic digital die-cutting machine with sheet feeding, capable of processing up to 1,000 sheets from a tray instead of converting rolls in-line.
