Service gids
Every appliance we supply is a model of quality and operational reliability. We choose our suppliers and brands carefully so that we can offer you this guarantee. Of course, our service does not stop with the sale. Installation, implementation, maintenance and repairs by trained technicians are necessary to ensure that your devices continue to work. In this document, you will discover how simple our after-sales service works. This service guide applies to mainland Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. For all other countries, islands, remote and overseas areas, we will be happy to make you a customized proposal.
Do I need a WUC, LSP, WEXT or all of them?
Below we very briefly mention the difference between all the terms. Further on in this document everything is explained in detail
Working hours of our technical service through WUC
WUC stands for Work Hours Contract. You can order a number of work hours in advance (at a discount to the unit price). These are then used for installation, software development, training, remote support via PC or telephone, onsite, reinstallation of drivers, etc. A WUC has no expiration date and the balance of the work hours can be used years later.
Free support via LSP
LSP stands for Loyalty Support Program. Customer loyalty programs exist in the most diverse industries (hotels, airlines, financial institutions, supermarkets,…), logical right! Good customers should be rewarded, we at Tasco agree. With us you don’t get useless gifts, but you save up for free support!
Extended warranty through WEXT
WEXT stands for Warranty EXTention. This is the extension of the technical warranty period to 5 years. In addition, there are many additional benefits. This warranty extension is recommended when you feel that the factory warranty does not offer you enough security.
